“I am very excited about this opportunity to continue my service to the people in Saline County.  I have spent the last 27 years practicing law.  Twenty of those have been in Saline County handling a wide variety of cases including domestic, juvenile, contract, civil, probate and criminal.  I also currently hold the office of Benton City Attorney and have been appointed as Special Judge over 50 times for all divisions of the Saline County Court system.  I believe my various legal experiences have prepared me to serve in such an important position. “
- Brent Houston

Brent Houston announced today that he will seek the Circuit Judge, 3rd Division, seat in the 22nd Judicial District.  The district is comprised of Saline County.  The current officeholder, Judge Grisham Phillips is not seeking re-election.
